Who doesn’t have a jacked up posture these days? Between computers, phones, car rides, and the fact that we are all just freakin tired and don’t want to sit up straight – good posture is hard to come by these days.
Sadly, with bad posture comes shoulder, neck, and back pain. That’s probably why so many have asked me to post about this easy way to use a yoga strap to improve your posture.
- Bring the strap behind your back just under your shoulder blades, untwist any kinks and bring the straps around front.
- Toss both straps over the shoulder that they came underneath.
- Criss cross the straps in the back and bring them back around front.
- Buckle and tighten to your own degree.
I work at the computer, walk Lou, clean the house, I have even gone grocery shopping like this. Leave it on for a half hour or so depending on how tight and comfortable you make it. When you take it off you’ll feel the difference.
