The Power of Breath Work

Every system in the body relies on oxygen. Yet, breathing is frequently neglected as a resource and we’re often not conscious of our breath. There is a lot of potential healing power in our breath, if we are mindful and intentional in the way that we do it. Effective breathing can provide us with a greater sense of mental clarity, more energy, better sleep, balanced nervous system, calmed mind, better focus, more efficient digestion, stronger immune response, reduced levels of stress, anxiety, depression, and more.

Together we will explore different types of natural breathing, the neuroscience of how the breath works to improve the systems in the body, how you can use intentional breath work to your benefit. We will discuss ways to build your personal breath work practice and what to expect as your practice deepens. You will be equipped with breathing exercises to do on your own as well.

You will feel comfortable enough to utilize this powerful tool that you already have inside of you everyday!

All are welcome at this workshop but space is very limited in an effort to encourage discussion and questions from the group. You will receive a link the day of the workshop.

 

Exploring Meditation

Are you looking to find a meditation style that works for you or to learn how to build and deepen your personal meditation practice?

Together we will explore and experience different types of mediation, learn what works for different attention levels and intentions to help you find what you connect with. We will discuss ways to build your personal meditation practice and what to expect as your practice deepens. The hope is to debunk the myths and work through what is keeping you from taking the first or next step towards a consistent meditation practice.

Meditation is not one size fits all. There are many different ways for it to be experienced and built into your life.

Come in comfy clothes and bring anything that you like (or think you might like) to use during meditation (including but not limited to crystals, meditation pillows, malas, etc.)

All are welcome at this workshop but space is very limited in an effort to encourage discussion and questions from the group. You will receive a link the day of the workshop.

 

Free Live Monthly Morning Meditation

Join me on the second Monday morning of November to get your week started off on a calm and intentional foot. I will lead you through a short gratitude meditation to help empower you to live your life with more ease, abundance, and life.
 
Can’t make it at 9? No problem, you will be able to access the Live meditation all day long so you can take it when you’re able.
 
No meditation experience is necessary and all are welcome.

1 Month Breath Work Mentorship

Week of November 15 | TBD

We benefit the most from our breath work practices when they are consistent and work for us, but that can be hard to make happen! This is an opportunity to build your meditation practice with strong and intentional support.

In this one month mentorship, we will meet virtually once a week for 4 weeks and work one-on-one to help you develop an effective and consistent breath work practice.

Everything will be tailored for you! I will share with you guided breath work recordings that fit your specific needs, answer your questions, and help you overcome any unique obstacles that are standing between you and your practice. Plus, the custom breath work recordings that I share and create for you will be yours to use forever. 

Additionally, you will be invited to join a group board where you can connect with other mentees, share your experiences, and build a community of support. You will also have access to this forever and will be able to maintain the connection with the community long after the mentorship is over.
