Private Yoga & Meditation
Private sessions are right for anyone who is new to yoga or meditation, is faced with a rececnt injury or illness, is a seasoned practitioner looking to refine and improve their practice, has recently experienced trauma, or is working towards specific wellness goals.
Additionally, private lessons can be a fun way to get together with a small group of your friends for a yoga night, bachelorette, wedding morning, sorority or fraternity meeting, birthday party, or family reunion.
Lessons can be held at your house, a local studio space, or any other location of your choice.
Each lesson will be curated to meet your specific needs and lead you to your goals. Props and adjustments will be utilized to ensure a safe and effective practice.
