Core Flow to Find Comfort in Discomfort

In this is a core focused flow we will push ourselves into places of discomfort and challenge to remind ourselves that these moments will pass and we can make it through them. If you’ve got blocks bring them but you don’t need any props for this class.

Shoulder Openers on The Wall

This quick class shows you how to use the wall and a door opening to help you open up your chest and shoulders. It is built so that you can do it once with me or pull it a part and do pieces of it. Make it work for you.

Yoga or Wrists

Slow and Low Hip Flow

In this flow we will move slowly to strengthen and open all angles of the hip area for increased mobility. There are no standing postures so we will stay low to the ground. No props are needed but if you would prefer, grab two blocks.

Rest & Restore with Your Legs Up The Wall

This class is the perfect thing to help you unwind after a long day or before bed. There are so many benefits to putting your legs up the wall so let’s reap them together. I fell asleep when I was filming this so you know it’s relaxing! All you need is a wall but bring a blanket, pillow/bolster, or even blocks if you wanted to get extra cozy.

Gentle Night Time Unwind Flow

This is the perfect flow to help you move from day to night. It will help to release any emotions, kinks, activities, or thoughts from your day so that you can head into a more relaxing night. Grab one block or two pillows for this flow.  

Full Body Slides for Strength and Stability

In this full body flow we will slide around on our floor to create instability. The more instability that we can create safely, the more strength and stability we can build for ourselves which will result in better mobility. If you have carpet use something slick like paper plates or newspaper, if you have hardwood or tile use a blanket. 

Relax and Restore

In this gentle, restorative flow we will work to balance the nervous system, strengthen the immune system, and relax the body and mind. Bolster {or pillows} and two blocks {or books or boxes} are needed.

Quick Core Flow
15 minutes

Free

This is a quick 15 minute core flow that works the front, back, and both sides of your core. It is built so that you can do it once with me, pull it a part and do pieces of it, or rewind and repeat it as many times as you’d like. Make it work for you.

Flow for Inner and Outer Strength

In this full body flow we will push past the facets of the mind and into a deeper understanding of our true capacity to build both inner and outer strength.

Playful Flow

In this class we will push past our ego and into playfulness. Get ready to explore, experiment, and play on your mat in this fun full body flow. No props are needed but if you would like bring a towel and something to use as a block.

Morning Wake Up Flow

This is the perfect way to wake up, get moving, activate your muscles and release any kinks so you are ready to start your day fresh and with your best foot forward. No props are needed.

Strong, Energizing Flow

This flow is perfect for when you want to get moving and want to get your blood pumping but you don’t have enough time for a full class. We get straight to the point with this one. No props needed.
