I began practicing yoga as a teenager. Since then, I have always been drawn back to my mat as a place to relieve stress, get grounded, and find balance. Now, I am a 200 hr Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher with many years and hours of teaching under my belt. I feel that yoga brings a strength, calm, and balance to daily life that everyone can profit from in some way.

My goal is to provide a safe, comfortable, and fun environment for all levels of practitioners to explore, learn, and grow. I believe that yoga should be available and accessible for every body. Therefore, I offer a variety of classes for all abilities such as Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa Flow, Restorative Yoga, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Yoga Basics.

My classes emphasize proper alignment, a strong connection to the breath, and self-awareness. I strive to bring a sense of fun and freedom to my classes while imparting bits of yogic wisdom along the way. My students leave each class with a sense of empowerment, strength and energy.

I am excited to practice with you in one of my studio classes, workshops, private sessions, or corporate classes. Sessions can be held digitally through video chat, in-person at your house or a local studio, or at your place of employment.
