I offer mental health counseling and coaching, specializing in healing trauma, because I believe that life’s challenging times hold the opportunity for deep personal growth. I know that while you are a unique individual, we all have the ability to evolve and heal. I work to create an environment of non-judgement, empowerment, and compassion to support you in your journey toward wellness. Thanks to my experience on both sides of the couch, I know it can be so much harder to trust and relate to a therapist who isn’t being their authentic self so I show up as the real human that I am in each session. I’ll be there to laugh with you, celebrate your wins, and support you during your challenging moments.

While I take a holistic, integrative, mind-body approach, I believe that the best therapeutic experiences and outcomes are created when my approach is specifically tailored for you as a unique individual. I value you as the expert on your own life experiences and believe that the best outcomes are achieved when we work together to achieve your goals.
