Convenient and effective online therapy for adults.

Together we will utilize…

Psychotherapy

Integrative and experiential psychotherapy approaches will help us find the tools you need on your unique path toward healing and mental wellness.

Somatic Therapy

Somatic therapy is a holistic healing approach that utilized the connection of the mind and body to get you feeling how you want to feel.

Our Connection

Our relationship will be pivotal in how much of yourself you feel safe to bring to each session. In an effort to reach the best outcomes in therapy, we will work to develop a relationship based on trust, compassion, and non judgement.

Don’t just let life happen to you,

choose your next step.

Why online therapy?

I offer teletherapy in an effort to provide an accessible, convenient, and reliable therapy experience directly through your smartphone, tablet, or computer. That way you can…

✺ Take sessions from anywhere and everywhere.

✺ Easily fit therapy into your schedule.

✺ Keep your pets and other comforts close by.

✺ Save time commuting.

✺ Stay in bed and bring your snacks.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) is a holistic modality in which ketamine is used as a complement to psychotherapy to help eligible patients experience more frequent breakthroughs, sustained improvements, and fresh perspectives. I take on the psychotherapy portion of the experience, while Journey Clinical’s medical team supports you on all medical aspects. This includes determining eligibility, developing a custom treatment plan, prescribing the medicine and monitoring outcomes. Contact me for more information about KAP to help you navigate if it may be a good fit for you.

Frequently Asked Questions

I know it can be difficult to make the decision to reach out to start coaching and the process can feel so overwhelming. So, I’ve compiled answers to my most frequently asked questions.

  • The initial intro call is completely free. After that, each session is $175.

I have a limited number of sliding scale spots in my schedule. If you do not think you can afford my full fee, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

In an effort to respect your confidentiality, flexibility, privacy, and the therapeutic process, I do not accept insurance.

However, in some cases, you may be eligible to use out-of-network insurance benefits. You will be responsible for paying for each session in full at the time of your appointment. I will then provide a “super bill” statement each month that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement.

  • Unlike therapy, coaching is not appropriate for high risk needs and concern (suicidal ideation, self harm ideation and behaviors, psychosis, substance abuse, active eating disorders, etc.). No medical diagnosis will be offered and no medical record will be kept. If a referral needs to be made for a diagnosis or higher level of care, appropriate recommendations will be made. Even if you live outside of Georgia, coaching is offered virtually via secure video sessions.

Coaching is not a replacement for therapy and if therapy is what you are seeking or in need of, I encourage you to find a local therapist.

  • I am currently only licensed to provide therapy to clients who live in the state of Georgia. If you live outside of Georgia and are looking for support check out my coaching options. I am able to provide support for people all over the globe, as long as they are a good fit.

  • While I know life happens, and I try to be flexible, I require at least 24 hours notice if you have to cancel your scheduled appointment to avoid the late cancellation/no-show fee.

  • The initial intro call is 15 minutes. After that, all sessions are 50 minutes long.

  • I offer virtual therapy in an effort to make support easier, more accessible and convenient for you. Sessions are conducted through SimplePractice, Telehealth platform.

Prior to each session, SimplePractice will text and/or email you a link for the session. You’ll be able to take sessions from your phone, tablet, or computer.

  • Prior to starting sessions, we’ll jump on a free 15 minute intro call. This gives us a chance to get to know each other. I’ll ask you a bit about what brings you to therapy, share a bit about how I work with clients, and answer any questions that you might have. From there, we can decide if we feel we are a good fit to begin working together.

Once we begin working together, we will spend the first few sessions continuing to get to know each other. If at any point, either of us believe we are no longer a good fit, we can discuss that and make any necessary changes at any point.
