I am an holistic mental health coach who helps people reconnect with their most authentic selves through compassion, self-awareness, and exploration.

I have had life altering experiences that have led me to be so burnt out and disconnected from myself that my physical health was on the line. My body was screaming so loudly that I got to a point where I couldn’t ignore it anymore. Something had to change.

At the time I was a yoga instructor and in grad school to become a therapist. I had all of these tools and education at my finger tips and I was able to use myself as my first client. I experimented and explored to get to know what I needed to create real, lasting shifts. And, I was able to nail down a tried and true process that has continued to be proven with so many clients that I have since worked with.
